This is why we back our products and your purchases with a 30-day return policy.

Returns
We've made returning as easy as possible. To start a return, simply go to the Toolo Pushues Return Portal, enter your order number, and email and follow the self return process. When your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 6 hours or less, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original package it was shipped in; unworn or unused, with tags. Any orders purchased externally (not from Toolo Pushues's website) will be required to provide receipt of purchase order.
No receipt is needed for online purchases, as they can be found using the email or phone number you used when you made your purchase.
Due to the increased costs of shipping, all returns are be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping may also be deducted from the refund amount. Any used products, or products sent back without original packaging may incur additional fees since these will not be able to be resold.
Any returns due to damaged or defective products will not incur any fees, and we will try to resolve the issue by sending out new or replacement products when available. We don't you to be disappointed and we will help you if you encounter any issues.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee when you return an oversized item for any of the following reasons:
You refuse a delivery without inspection
You miss a delivery appointment
You return a non-defective or undamaged product
All returned oversized items are fully inspected upon their arrival back at our warehouse.
If the return is a result of damage or defect, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
If any of these occur, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or replacement. In addition, we must to be notified within 24 hours.
DO NOT SIGN the Bill of Lading until you have inspected the item. Also, please do NOT wait to inspect the item (e.g. you are storing your furniture or you are waiting on completion of a home improvement project.
By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift cards are not eligible for return. Most gift cards do not have an expiration date, unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund back to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
