Shipping policy

At Toolo Pushues®, we understand that when you place an order, you want your items right away. This is why we try our best to ship out orders fast and ensure they get delivered as soon as possible. Most orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days, except for those items that come directly from our furniture suppliers. Those orders might require an extra day for processing time. On average, orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days from the date of order. Do not be worried if you have not received a tracking number; our team constantly monitors all orders from start to finish. Some orders may take a few days to ship, but end up arriving fast (within 1-3 days).

$4.99 Flat Rate for all orders under $100.

Free Shipping for orders over $100.

Toolo Pushues (“AD”) uses UPS, FedEx or USPS for most shipments, but may use DHL depending on location and availability. All orders processed and shipped by AD will have tracking and shipping updates available. For UPS/FedEx, PO Boxes are not allowed. Rush delivery is available upon request. For orders placed through our website, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order in our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for a tracking number to be trackable through the FedEx or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 24 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact us directly at [email protected] for assistance.

At this time, shipping is only available for the lower 48 states. However, you may contact us directly to see what other options are available to you if you are located outside the shipping area. We want to try to help out when we can, so we may be able to provide you with a discounted rate for US Territories Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, as well as other international areas. 

LTL Freight (Furniture, and other Heavy Items)

While most freight deliveries (such as Furniture) arrive within 3-6 business days, Some may have longer lead times, and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver due to the current situation with pandemic, shortage supply, and delivery driver limitations, We at Toolo Pushues, realize the importance of fast delivery, and updates. For this reason, we track, and follow your order and shipment process from our suppliers from start to finish so you don't have to. If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately. You can reach out to us directly if you want to know the estimate delivery expectations. Please note that freight shipments are curbside delivery, and do not include inside delivery or setup. If you would like your purchase to be delivered inside, or assembled, please reach out to us directly for assembly costs as they vary depending on the product.

Local Delivery - (Fort Lauderdale and Miami, FL)

Toolo Pushues® (“AD”) is located in the South Florida area with a fulfillment center in Fort Lauderdale and in Miami. For this reason, AD may offer Free Same Day or Next Day delivery services at it's discretion for those residing in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas. This service is utilized to reduce costs in shipping, while also ensuring you get your order quicker. This option is only available for products that are available for immediate release from our Florida warehouses.

Toolo Pushues reserves the right to refuse or deny any delivery services for suspicious orders. AD also reserves the right to make special exceptions and services for FLL/Miami Customers.. This service is not automatically selected. If you live in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area and your items are eligible for Free Same or Next Day Local Delivery, then you may receive an email or call from us asking if you would like this option instead of the items being shipped out. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us at [email protected] to request this service, if you qualify.
